What products and services does Pollen offer?+

We offer payout functionality to over 200 countries, and FX capabilities in 30 currencies. Funds can also be collected in GBP, Euro and US Dollar via our local collection facility.

Note: payments don't have to be cross-border, we also facilitate same currency payments.

What is Pollens pricing?+

Our pricing model is based upon a per transaction and FX charge. All charges are based on a per customer commercial agreement prior to onboarding.

What do I do if I can't log in?+

If you visit the login page and use the live chat function at the bottom right of the page a member of our development team will be able to help you out.

Are my funds secure when I send payments with Pollen?+

Yes. We use segregated accounts provided by our banking partners, which ensure your funds are fully protected and separate from Pollens own accounts.

What currencies can Pollen receive funds in?+

We have local accounts for collections in UK, Europe and U.S. However we have the ability to receive funds in over 30 currencies, speak to sales for more information about our capabilities.
